The Constitutional Court in Gjilan has ruled that the detention measure has replaced Arian Slamnik, who has allegedly described drugs worth thousands of euros to children with autism, claiming to cure them.
The replacement of the measure has confirmed the spokesman for the Court, Sabit Shkodra.
At the request of the prosecution, the judge has made replacing the detention measure with house arrest in the duration of 30 days”, Shkodra told Klan.
