Serbian List Approval Resolution for Special Court Adopted

The Rezoluta text was read before MPs -- Progress Gruda from the PDK -- while the LDK did not participate in the vote and the Serbian List issued the hall.
Full resolution:
- SERKON From the Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor's Office to, in exercising their functions, ensure the exact implementation of constitutional and international standards regarding a fair and impartial judicial process, while also respecting the principles of transparency, accountability and cultivating public confidence in justice.
- SERKON From the Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor's Office to ensure the precise implementation of constitutional and international standards regarding the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms of the accused, including obligations stemming from the European Court for Human Rights's jurisdiction.
- SERKON by Ombudsperson of the Specialised Chambers, whose exclusive responsibility for the Specialised Chambers and Specialised Prosecutor's Office stems from the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, to act with full independence and impartiality in the exercise of this post, in line with constitutional obligations and acts of international standards related to the post.
- INCHAURTION All democratic states, including those funding and supporting the Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, join in calling on our full respect for international standards for a fair and impartial judgment. These stemming from the constitutional tradition of all democratic states and acts of recommendations adopted by international mechanisms, including without limit, from the United Nations, the European Union, the Council of Europe and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.
- INCHAURTION Monitoring mechanisms for respecting fundamental rights and freedoms under international organisations, as well as non-governmental international and local organisations, for increased compliance with the functioning of Specialised Chambers and Prosecutor's Office with international standards for protecting fundamental rights and freedoms in judicial processes, and for reporting recorded violations.
- CONFRIMON The pledge and dedication to securing all mechanisms, including financial ones, in support of the rights of the Kosovo Liberation Army leaders and fighters before the Specialised Prosecutor's Office and Specialised Chambers.
- CONFRIMON The pledge and full dedication to the undertaking of all actions to affirm the values of the Kosovo Liberation Army war and the sanctity of history on which the Republic of Kosovo is built. Klan Kosova has secured draft resolution with 7 points addressed to the Special Court.
Such a resolution has earlier adopted the Parliament of the Republic of Albania.
Meanwhile, the document, which is expected to be handed over to deputies of the tenth legislature, comes in the week when the final words to Kosovo Specialised Chambers are presented in the prosecution's case against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi.
The SPS has demanded 45 years for each, 180 total, for the 10 points of Aktakuza, not giving up on either of them after nearly three years of trial.
