The government has constitutional and legal obligation to tackle the capital budget without political discrimination. Any other action is a violation of the principle of institutional equality and direct crackdown on citizens”, Rama wrote.
“Pristina is nobody's property. It's the capital of the Republic and deserves institutional treatment, not party calculations. If the government chooses to hold the 2026 budget hostage, then let's face it: We're punishing the citizens for not voting us!! Citizens of Pristina deserve answers!”, his post concludes.
