Prosecutor: Rubin, other international witnesses bypassed KLA communiqué statements

Specialised Prosecutor's Prosecutor at The Hague James Pache tried to refute the testimony of former Western state officials who testified in defense of former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders.

The prosecution said the <x0 nationals had no knowledge” of Hashim Thaci's activities and intentions, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi.

“Other defence witnesses, such as James Rubin, bypassed the KLA communities and public statements as manipulation and propaganda”, prosecutor Pache said.

He told the judges that they have “documents” as evidence, which, according to him, international witnesses have either seen or ignored.
