News for Journal Express The Constitutional Prosecutor's spokesman in Pec, Shkodran Nikci has confirmed it.
“Foundation Procurory in Pec has filed a request for the detention measure against the correctional service official in Dubrava, who has been seized with narcotics”, he said.
The SKK yesterday said the case was immediately announced by Kosovo Police and State Prosecutor, while the suspect has been arrested and the case is being handled by competent organs.
Kosovo's “Correcting Service has taken immediate disciplinary measures against the official in question, suspending him from office. The ruling for suspension was taken by the USKK Disciplinary Commission, and the move remains in force until another decision”. /Periscope/
