The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, the Department for Criminal Affairs, announces public opinion that following a several-month investigation into close co-operation with the Kosovo Police, at the order of the State Prosecutor, persons with M.M. and Mr.J. initials have been detained for 48 hours.
According to the same announcement, it is suspected that in co-operation with other people, it has committed criminal acts: “Deception” by Article 323 KPRK's “falsification of documents” by Article 390 of KPRK, and “Legalisation of false container” by Article 395 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
Furthermore, it is said that the case concerns criminal acts that concern real estate, located in Veternik, with a surface of 56 gold.
Under the investigative actions undertaken in this case, various suspected persons have seized these material evidence: a (1) car worth 50,000 to 60,000 euros; money in the amount of 20,000.00 (20 thousand) euros; various property documents allegedly forged; and four (4) mobile phones, which will serve as material evidence in further investigative procedure.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina will take further legal action, while investigations concerning this criminal case will continue in co-ordination with the Kosovo Police./Periscopi/
