Police have yet to hand over the prosecution's case in connection with businessman Valon Ademi's coup against Sokol Havol

Pristina Foundation Prosecutorate confirmed this in a brief statement to the online newspaper Reporter.net, after some media insistence on getting confirmation from the State Attorney for the case.
“U announce that the case in question so far the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Pristina has not yet accepted criminal speculation by Kosovo Police”, the thuhs in the prosecutor's response to Reporter.net. The case in question had occurred two weeks ago, at a bar in downtown Pristina.
Unlike the Prosecution, by Kosovo Police, a few days after the coup of the owner of “2A A company known in the field of public procurement and state tenders towards Pristina's former municipal director, had claimed to have opened cases for criminal work “Light Start Trupor”, and that subsequent actions were being undertaken in co-ordination with the state prosecutor.
“Rasti was reported to the police and in co-ordination with the State Prosecutor has opened the case for criminal activity “Light End of Trupor”. All future actions will be undertaken in co-ordination with State Prosecutor”, Kosovo Police for Reporter.net, on February 3, 2026.
Apart from the Prosecutor's Police, the physical attack has also reacted to Havolli himself, who in a written pronoption for Reporter.net said that “immediately” sʹka what “said nothing about the matter in the media“.
The incident between Ademi and Havolll had occurred after a verbal clash between the doubles who were standing at the same locale in Pristina, as the businessman's fist attack on the former municipal director was carried out when the latter had left the club to leave.
