Our people did not plan destruction, but freedom of independence”, Krasniqi says

Jakup Krasniqi stated that the people of Kosovo during the last war have not planned destruction and torture, but sought life in freedom and independence.

He said that if love of freedom is deemed a crime, then history itself will be condemned.

My voice has stood for freedom. I did what I believed human nobility was looking for. Look at the evidence and evidence objectively, and there you will find the truth. Justice does not fear consideration; rather, it depends on it. Our people never planned destruction or torture, but it required life in freedom and independence, nothing more, nothing less. Today our people live in freedom. If the love of freedom is deemed a crime, then history itself will be condemned”, the former head of the Kosovo Assembly said.
