Through verbal order from the prosecutor of the case, checks have been carried out at five different locations, with which monetary means worth 9,000.00 euros have been found, which have been seized as evidence in further procedures.
Suspects allegedly committed criminal acts: “Fraud”, “Falsification of documents” and “The legalisation of the false content” broadcasts Clankosova.tv.
Today, M.M., the U.S., D.R. and B.Z., have been interviewed in the qualities of suspected persons in the presence of defence lawyers and following counseling with the prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Pristina, the General Department, have been sent to 48 hours' maintenance.

Police investigators from the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption (DHKEK) have succeeded in providing information/proof evidence that suspects M. M., St. B., D. R. and B. J., through illegal acts (falsification of the documents/passport of Serbia and other documents) and using false documents as true (also presenting a fake person as a real person) have been able to counter/send through notation, M.T. complainer's property. on the 36.28 gold surface and simultaneously cheating the buyer H.M., that they're selling the property with regular documentation, where in exchange they've received the total value of 1,578,180.00 euros.

Suspected persons allegedly committed criminal acts:
• Deception, Article 323 KPRK's,
The document's falsification, by Article 390 of KPRK,
• Celegizing false content from Article 395 KPRK's.
