In a statement to reporters, she said they believed in Kosovo justice and thanked the prosecutor for his work.
“has been hard since the beginning. But we have always believed in Kosovo's justice. We appreciate the work of the prosecutor who has always devoted himself and today has witnessed his commitment and has always supported the truth with all the evidence. Clara has taken justice and we thank all Kosovo authorities for a justice and all society for the support she received. Thank you, Kosovo.
Asked if they were satisfied with the sentence, the late man's father said: “Our daughter is still dead, nothing can comfort us and he continues to live”, reports EO, broadcast Periscope
Meanwhile Magdalena Urdangaray said that in her country the killing of a woman will be punished with eternal punishment and that it will be sought in Kosovo as well.
The “can never be punished as much as you deserve. This is something we should consult with our lawyer, but we will most likely appeal this decision anyway. In our judicial system in Argentina, the murder of a woman - childicide - is sentenced to life imprisonment. However, we will seek life imprisonment”, she said.
According to the indictment filed on February 11th 2025 by Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor Andrew Nika was charged with having a hotel in Fushe-Kosovo on August 1st, following a preliminary dispute with his late girlfriend -- now M. The K-U, which first hits him in a continuous manner and tries to hit him in the car at the parking lot outside the hotel, and after they enter the hotel- into the room where they were changing, defendant Nica deliberately tries to deprive him of his life now feel like M. The K-U has continued fighting and hitting the injured, sending him to the corner of the room from which he could not leave and from the shocks and delays that he has now made to the late M.
