Misethic “breaks” Z PS: Ske evidence linking Thaci to communique 59, Selim's claims are unverified

In presenting the final address Wednesday to the Special Court, Misetic has said claims made by Rexhep Selimi in the interview given to the Specialised Prosecutor's Office (ZPS) are unverified and incredible.

“There is no evidence that Mr. Thaci is linked to authorising communiqués or political statements, in addition to Mr. Selimi regarding communique 59. The fact that the ZPS has no further proof of Mr. Thaci further discredits what has been said in the interview”, Misetic said.

He added that, according to the reasonable interpretation of the evidence presented, Thaci has not been involved in the preparation or distribution of statements and political communities.
