Analyst Halil Matoshi has reacted sharply after the Pristina municipality's decision to change classes during the month of Ramadan, writes Periscopi.

In his Facebook post, Matosh calls the decision a violation of the principle of secular state and constitutional order.

No educational or administrative institution (but autonomous entities, such as religious schools) has the right to decide on cutting classes because of Ramadan. It's just constitutional violation.”, writes Matoshi.

According to him, Kosovo is a constitutional democracy and the neutrality of the state cannot be related to any interest, including religious one.

He recalled the test results. P The ISA, saying the real crisis in education relates to the low level of reading and critical understanding, not on schedule during Ramadan.

“Symas test results P ISA, about 80% of high school students in Kosovo do not understand and do not know what they read! ? This did not alarm the Pristina education directorate.”, He writes.

Matoshi has called on Pristina chairman Progress Rama to reconsider the decision, stressing that The schools in the secular state are not affected for religious interest.”
