Mustafa through a post on the social network Facebook has said the amendment will be presented at the Commission meeting held at 1: 00 a.m., with the aim of securing support from all parliamentary parties. Mustafa has stressed that the inclusion of the capital's budget should not be addressed as local or party issues, but as general state interest.
He has estimated that Pristina, as the country's main economic, academic, health and administrative centre, daily faces large influx of citizens from other municipalities, so investment in infrastructure and services directly affects the lives of hundreds of thousands of citizens throughout Kosovo.
Mustafa has called for interparty consensus, naming the amendment's support a necessity for state functionality. /Periscope
