In “Facing Podcast”, Macedonia explained that the ministry had organised an activity to assess fears in Kosovo, but that this activity had nothing to do with the question.

He stressed that the Defence Ministry has not been involved in any phase of this project.

Macedonia also explained that fly permits are not the responsibility of the Ministry of Defence.

He added that Kosovo needs clearer regulations in the area of production and use of fears, encouraging innovators to co-ordinate with relevant institutions in the future.

According to him, the defence ministry remains open for co-operation with local innovators, but each project must pass through institutional procedures and co-ordination.
