IKD's Ismet Kryeziu has reacted to the final words said at The Hague today.
He has said that Kosovo is an independent and democratic state for 18 years, and that the Special Court under it has neither the right nor the mandate to judge our right to live free and be an independent state.
Full Posting:
Kosovo has been an independent and democratic state for 18 years.
The Special Court has neither the right nor the mandate to judge our right to free living and to be an independent state. More than for any other fact, the prosecution throughout the process has been aiming to challenge that right.
But I believe that the judges, after completing the court case, will respect the reason for the establishment and mandate of the court, and will not allow the prosecution or this court to challenge Kosovo's right to independence.. /Periscopi/
