O V L-KLA meets with Spiropal, calls for nationwide mobilization for support of former KLA leaders in The Hague

The KLA War Veterans' Organisation has held a meeting with Albanian Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Elisa Spiropali, where they have announced O'S commitments VL-KLA concerning developments that connect with the Special Court and the opening of the civic petition in support of a fair process for the liberation war.

Veterans stressed the importance of their voice and citizens being heard in the final phase of the process, while expressing gratitude for the support and continued engagement of the Albanian state on issues of national importance.

Today's “I concluded with an extremely important meeting with the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania, Mrs. Alice Spiropali. As representatives of our OVL KLA, we have been closely informed of our commitment in relation to developments related to the Special Court, as well as the opening of our civic petition, which aims at the nationwide mobilization in support of a fair and equal process for our liberation fight”.

“We stressed the importance of the voice of veterans and citizens being clearly heard in this final phase of the process. At the same time, we thanked the Albanian minister and state for the continued support and commitment they are giving in this respect, praising Albania's role in supporting issues of national importance”, the report said. /Periscopi/
