As reported Albanian media, according to information from residents of the town of Skrapar, this serious incident occurred during research at Osum Canons, for finding Kurti's body, which was allegedly thrown into the river on the evening of February 19.
Reports state that during sailing with the canoe boats, one of the goons has been overturned as a result of the hard flow of water, and Juliano Kaloti is stuck in the middle of rocks of what is called the “Third District”, at the entrance of a cave.
It continues for hours to stay in the water and why helicopter help has been sought for its release by rope, no one has gone to the area, in aid of 22-year-olds.
Low temperatures and icy water in canyons seriously endanger the life of 22-year-old who entered to help with the forces RENEA.
It is learned that only residents are in the area, who are trying to get it out of the air, as the fireman has been unable to access the area, but so far its extraction has proved impossible.
The Ossum Canyon is about 12km long, and its depth is up to 100 feet [90 m] deep, and at this level of flow of intervention by untrained people represents maximum danger. /Periscope
