When will the final word be given to former KLA leaders? This is Judge Charles Smith.

The judge, Charles Smith, has declared that the court will be in touch with the defense teams for the date of the plea.

We will continue to be in constant contact, as necessary, with the parties, as far as the date of the proclamation and pronunciation of the act “is concerned, Smith said.

Smith has thanked the defence teams and “all persons who have helped to successfully realise this case”.

“We have felt a lot of help from contributions to ensure the justice of the process and that the defence teams and the accused have received effective services all the time”, he said, thanking the tribunal's administrative staff as well.
