Tashall introduced the organizational details of the march.
He announced that the march will have five speakers from different categories of society who will convey civic messages, without party involvement.
“E reiterated today: no speaker will be party. This is a civic march,” Tasholli stressed.
The programme will include artistic performance by Ilir Shaqiri and Lyrical Son, while a symbolic action will take place at the monument NEBORN, as the moment of reflection on the birth of the state of Kosovo and responsibility for defending its truth.
The platform also announced that the launch agenda from each municipality of Kosovo will be published today. There are hundreds of buses that will be launched towards Pristina. The agenda will be made public on the official platform page of Freedom has its name, so that every citizen can have accurate information,” said Tasholli.
In terms of security and organisation, the platform confirmed that all necessary preparations have been undertaken, in co-ordination with the Kosovo Police, firefighters, emergency health units, bus stations and parking facilities. The technical organization of the bin, the video material, and the sound system is carefully planned to ensure a secure and dignified gathering.
“This will be a peaceful and organised march, showing Kosovo's civic maturity,” said at the conference.
In conclusion, representatives of the platform recalled that February 17th is not only the date of the declaration of independence but also the symbol of responsibility to protect freedom and truth.

The platform “Freedom has the name” called on all citizens to come out with their families on February 17th, in a quiet, dignified and comprehensive march.
