Elections Within AAK, General Assembly Date Learned

So it was made known in the official announcement of the political subject, where it was also stressed that the subdata assemblies will be held from February 20th to March 31, 2026.
“In full compliance with the party's statue, initially members of the General Council voted unanimously for the formation of the Commission for Candidates Elections and Nominime, the Statutarian Commission, the Ethics Commission, as well as for the completion of the AAK Election Set. Following the meeting was also voted into forming the Home Election Organising and Co-ordination Commission, paving the way for the official declaration of the election process within the Alliance”, the announcement said.
Likewise, President Ramush Haradinaj, during his speech, indicated he would not run for another term at the party's helm.
He thanked all Alliance structures at all levels for the commitment and dedication so far, voicing conviction that after the end of the domestic elections, the AAK will emerge even stronger and more prepared in the challenges ahead.
Meanwhile, the party's current deputy chairman, Ardian Gjini, has announced his candidacy for the Alliance's chairman, welcoming other candidacys simultaneously.
