“I cut the hand of the Serbian List I don't vote for”, Bahtiri: Never violates Constitutional Decision

Vetevendosje Movement MP Agim Bahtiri has reacted after his statement was commented when he said “cut hands and did not vote Serbian List”, which he voted Wednesday to elect the deputy chairman. He again, despite doing so, tried to criticise today the opposition they once had in the Serbian Governance List. “Do not be [...]
He again, despite doing so, tried to criticise today the opposition they once had in the Serbian Governance List.
Don't try to put us in a bag with you. We don't have your old friends in the government, the Serbian List, without whom you've never been able to form Government and Institutions, and we don't even make a deal at night, with milk and brandy on the table like you with those”, wrote Bahtiri on Facebook.
He has said his attitude towards the Serbian List has been and remains unchanged.
I have publicly declared that I do not vote representatives of the Serbian List, because I believe Kosovo has Serb representatives outside that structure that can exercise that function with institutional dignity. On February 4th, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo issued a imposeive decision (translating bifalistic: Without the representative of the Serbian List, there will be no constitutionalisation of the Assembly. I also publicly reacted to that decision that day because I still consider it unjust and a violation of my civic will. So, I've rejected the Court's decision, because it seemed unfair to me, but I, as MP, never violate the Constitutional Court's decision, which is the highest body of state”, Bahtiri said.
He has said that not the individual was voted in at the session, but an institutional package necessary for the functioning of the Parliament.
My “Vota has been for institutional stability, for the functioning of the state and for the representative of Vetevendosje Movement, Mr. Ardian Goula, not for blockades. We have made that decision as a parliamentary group. This is the difference between the policy of principles and the policy of manipulation. I do not withdraw from my stance, but neither do we as the Movement allow Kosovo to enter into institutional crisis for low-day interests”, Bahtiri wrote on Facebook.
Despite the Constitution's saying the same when the constitution's constitutionalisation failed several times after the VV decided to split the vice presidential vote, Bahtiri does not mention it.
