Access requirements were made to the Federal Public Health Office (FOPH) and military pharmacy, based on the Law on Information Freedom. FOPH had rejected those requests by the end of 2023. The contracts in question included Novavax companies, Moderna Tx and Modernna Switzerland, broadcast albinfo.ch.
In the ruling published on Tuesday, the court specified that there are no extraordinary legal reasons to justify refusing access. In all, there is no reason to disturb the interests of Switzerland's foreign policy.
Also, no evidence was presented to justify maintaining privacy for prices, terms of surrender or other contract points. The decision is not yet legally final. /Periscope
