He said the main targets were Kiev and the Zaporizhja regions, Kmilnytsky, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Chernihiv and Odessa.
Zelenskyy said that “civilian infrastructure targets”, a rubber factory and apartment buildings were all damaged in “brutal attacks” observed in the Russian attack.
This attack came as a virtual peak of the week of the UN General Assembly, and this is how Russia is making its real position known.
