Starting with YouTube Shorts, Google is implementing the DeepMind Veo 3 Fast generation tool, which can create backgrounds for short audio clips. This tool also provides opportunities for AI editing, adding objects to scenes, and converting dialogue into music songs or associations.
YouTube also introduced a conversational tool called Ask Studio, designed to help creators optimize the flow of work, receive suggestions and conduct A/B tests for greater engagement of the audience.
The platform has also brought up updates for live broadcasts and podcasts. Podcasters' creators will be able to use AI to cut Shorts and clips from full episodes, while Veo tool can generate personalized video from audio file only.
In terms of assemblyization, YouTube has added new options that bring about makers and businesses. Makers can now add direct links to brands within the Shorts, while YouTube Shopping is expected to expand to more markets and retail vendors, including automatic labeling of products for easier integration.
New tools and features will be introduced gradually by the end of 2025 and early 2026. /Periscopi/
