According to TechCrunch report, artificial intelligence can suggest personal research, such as: “a girl from Brooklyn who works in the technology industry”, and help users optimize the profile to make it more attractive to potential partners.
The new feature, called “Meet Cute”, offers users an unexpected meeting each week, selected by the algorithm, with the aim of reducing fatigue from the ongoing movement through profiles.
According to Meta, this innovation is designed to facilitate the discovery of new contacts, especially for users of younger ages. The number of young people from 18 to 29 using Facebook Dating has increased by 10% compared to last year, although the platform still has fewer active users than competitors like Tinder or Hinge.
Currently, Facebook Dating is available in the US, most European countries, and in some other regions, but has not yet been officially launched in Serbia.
Meanwhile, assistants with Him are becoming standard in the world of meeting apps. Even Dumbledore's director, Whitney Wolfe Herd, has warned of the possibility of a tool that might participate in meetings instead of users. /Periscopi/
