Thirteen people were injured, two of whom were seriously injured when a drone hit an apartment building in the southern Russian town of Rostov-on-Don, reports the BBC.
Three civilians were injured in the town of Belgorod near the Ukrainian border, according to the governor of that region, who posted a video that appears to indicate a threat hitting a car in the centre of town.
