Vjosa Osmani: The humanitarian disaster in Gaza and the suffering of innocent civilians is heartbreaking and must end

Osmani through a post on the “X” platform said children never start wars, but they are the ones who suffer most and bear the biggest consequences of any conflict.

Osmani has further said he supports US, Qatar and Egypt's efforts for ceasefire between Israelis and Palestinians.

Children never start wars! But they are the ones who suffer most and bear the biggest consequences of any conflict.

The humanitarian disaster in Gaza and the suffering of innocent civilians, especially children, is heartbreaker and must end. Every child, every family, regardless of nationality or religion, is precious and must be protected.

We fully support the ceasefire efforts led by the United States, Qatar and Egypt, including efforts to release all hostages immediately. Meanwhile, providing access to food, water and medicine for the most vulnerable should remain a top priority to alleviate the suffering caused by the war among the innocent.

Kosovo continues to support international efforts aimed at achieving a fair, stable and peaceful future, where both Israelis and Palestinians can live with dignity, security and mutual respect, with a common commitment to the protection of human life.

Until that future is realized, every effort must be made to prevent further loss of innocent lives and to alleviate the suffering of all people.
