Ukrainian Foreign Minister: Zelensky-Putin meeting would help peace efforts

Ukraine's Foreign Minister, Andri Syhbira, says his country is ready for peace talks with Russia,

He said a meeting between leaders from Kiev and Moscow would be the most effective step towards reaching a ceasefire, Sky News reports.

“We are ready for such negotiations in any format”, has said Andri Syhbia, without setting a specific date.

Earlier, he said he is preparing for a third round of direct peace talks with Ukraine and is awaiting details from Kiev.
