The ZRR has called on all affected consumers to contact a licensed supplier without delay and sign commercial electricity supply agreements.
“Disaction within the previous deadline will result in automatic power supply cuts after 30.07.2025, according to the 60 (60) daily term, as the supply guaranteed through the FMF will no longer be legally valid”, the statement said.
Onward, Z RRE has said liberalising the electricity market is a process that is being implemented in full accordance with the law and best regulatory practices.

Consumers' notice concerning the completion of the supply period provided by the Last Options provider (FMF)
The Energy Regulatory Office (ZRRE), acting in line with its legal mandate under Law No. 05L-085 for Electric Energy and the Rule for Last Access Supplier reports that the maximum period of this guaranteed supply ends on 30.07.2025 for consumers who have used this service from June 1st 2025.
The supply from the FMF is a temporary measure aimed at ensuring the continuation of the electricity supply to consumers, who, for whatever reason, are without commercial suppliers. This guaranteed supply cannot last more than 60 days and cannot be continued after the high date.
The ZERC calls on all affected consumers to contact a licensed supplier and sign commercial electricity supply agreements without delay. Disaction within the previous deadline will result in automatic power supply cuts after 30.07.2025, under the 60 (60) daily term, respectively, as the supply guaranteed through the FMF will no longer be legally valid.
