Kosovo's Private Sector Technical Workers Union announced that from tomorrow (Friday) it will start the warned strike, due to the failure to resolve the issue of physical security workers' employment at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo (QKUK).
This union reports that after many meetings and negotiations with QKUK director Osman Hajdari, including a meeting held today, no agreement has been reached and no deadline has been given for signing the contract that would enable the remaining workers to return to work without contract.
After many meetings and negotiations, we met again today with the CKUK director, Mr. Osman Hajdari. At this meeting we hoped we would make a decision or a solution for QKUK physical security workers, who are out of work. However, neither this time nor did we receive any guarantees or deadlines on when the signing of the contract for the continuation of work” will be made, the announcement said.
For this, workers will start strike tomorrow and Friday, July 11, starting at 10:00. /Kosovo priss
