“They can be ministers and deputies”, Zogaj: Requesting Special Prosecution Measures

The Democratic League of Kosovo has handed over to the Special Prosecution the Supreme Court's ruling yesterday, which abolished the administrative directive signed by the incumbent Minister Hekuran Murati, on which sales and subscriptions were suspended for 60 days. Regarding this surrender of this decision, LDK deputy has spoken, [...]
Regarding this handover of this decision, LDK deputy Alban Zogaj has spoken, who said they have filed the file they have in the Special Prosecutor with former ministers' positions and holding two positions from them, which according to him, is anti-legal and anti-unconstitutional.
“The Supreme decision confirmed one thing we've said from the beginning that there can be no ministers or deputies. So they come in the morning to vote as deputies and go in the afternoon make important decisions for the country”.
This is not legal, it is not constitutional and it should not be allowed. We're asking the Special Prosecutor to take action. The prosecution has requested additional documentation from us, so prosecutors have returned response to our criminal charges, and this recent Supreme decision is what meets our” file, Zogaj said in Klan Kosova.
On the other hand, Zogaj said they seek from the Special Prosecutor's Office investigative measures, and also demand that the ministers in office postpone until the resignation, who are also deputies.
“We seek investigative measures and push them perhaps to the point of resignation and be clearly shown to those who have usurped government offices that cannot hold two positions. This means that any decision made by the government is illegal”.
“We have collected all decisions, handed them over there and argued that there are major legal violations from all ministers who are also deputies. We ask the prosecution to take action, and those measures know those measures. We haven't proposed measures”, he said. /Periscope/
