The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina in a response to Gazeta Express has confirmed police arrest, but refused to provide more details since he said it could damage the integrity of investigations, broadcasts Periscope.

The 27-year-old death case has already been described as a suspicious death.
After the citizens called, police units have intervened by arresting him. During the intervention, handcuffs were imposed on him. Police report that in spite of the medical team's efforts, the 27-year-old passed away at the scene.
