In the absence of numbers and a political agreement, Kosovo's Assembly will only meet twice from the Constitutional Court Act that by July 26th (Saturday) the Assembly must have the Speaker of the Parliament and vice-presidents.
A Saturday meeting between Albin Kurti LVV and Fatmir Limaj NISMA didn't produce anything.
Limaj is instigating in the position of Speaker of the Parliament, while Albin Kurti and VV are saying they have their own candidate, Albulen Haxhiu.
Vjosa Osmani, but also the QUINT countries, have demanded that the Assembly be established, based on the Constitutional Court's bias, meaning that this issue must be carried out by Saturday.
In the opposite case, it was Vjosa Osmani who said he would address the Constitutional Court with only one specific question, but without telling what it would be.
