Three proposals will have leaders and representatives of political subjects represented in the Assembly on the table at Saturday's meeting with Vetevendosje Movement Chairman Albin Kurti.
The meeting, which is scheduled to be held Saturday at 4: 00 a.m., has been invited a day after the Constitutional Court act, in which it is stressed that the right of the proposal by the winning party of the February 9th elections requires trust in the parliaments selected to find the necessary compromise or consensus.
Sources within Vetevendosje have said there will be requirements for political subjects to agree to the names of members of leadership in the package for discussion. Such a proposal, according to the party that has won the most votes in the last elections, becomes “aimed at not decomposing bilaterally and is in the spirit of the Constitutional Act on consensus and compromise”.
The second proposal, which will be made by Kurti, is that of providing an epilogue to form the Commission that will deal with holding the secret vote for the top parliament.
The heads of subjects with mandates in the Assembly will be required to vote for or against the formation of this commission.
And the third proposal, according to sources in Vetevendosje, will be to support the implementation of the secret vote for the election of the Speaker of the Parliament. According to the Vetevendosje Movement, by Friday, they have not taken any pledges from until now opposition deputies that they will back the party's proposed Albulen Haxhiun for Speaker of the Parliament.
And, in order to convince political subjects, the LVV will pledge to change its proposal, if Haxhi's election fails in the first attempt.
Attending Saturday's meeting so far has confirmed it to the Democratic Party (PDK), the Democratic League (LDK), the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), as well as the Social Democrat Initiative. /Periscope/
