MP from the ranks of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Hykmete Bajrami, has called for the Special Prosecutor to conduct investigation over allegations of serious regulation violations REMES and the Energy Community Law.
Bajrami writes that the damage is colossal, adding that no one has the right to be rich at the expense of citizens.
Meanwhile, Janina Ymer from LDK announced they have filed formal complaint with the EU Energy Regulatory Co-operation Agency (ACER) and Energy Community Secretariat in Vienna, over allegations of serious regulation violations REMES and the Energy Community Law.
As Ymer reports, the complaint describes a repeat behavior during 2024 suggesting a co-ordinated strategy for blocking capacities at Kosovo's energy borders, allegedly involving EFT Group and NOA Energy Trade Shp.k., for market manipulation of import control and extreme price increases for cross-border energy access.. /Periscopi/
