Chairman Memli Krasniqi PDK has reacted after the Constitutional Court's decision to order the Parliament to be constitutionalised within 30 days, reports Periscope.
Krasniqi said the Court gave a clarification that the order of the constitutional hearing cannot be changed at will.
The Constitutional Court gave clarity: the election of the Speaker and Vice Presidents of the Parliament must occur within 30 days. As we noted from the beginning, the constitutional session agenda cannot be changed at will and no one has the right to impose secret voting without constitutional grounds and without regular procedure.” wrote Krasniqi on Facebook.

During all this time, the Democratic Party of Kosovo has acted responsibly, seriously and constructively. We've offered solutions, not jams. We have requested respect for democratic order, not schemes to push or deepen the institutional crisis.
We have supported it with expertise and have joined the AAK's initiative for constitutional clarification, because we strongly believe democracy is protected through legitimacy and transparency.
We are pleased that the Constitutional Court ended this deliberate game of delays by the V coalition V-Gux-Alternatives, making it clear that they have no right to block the process and that the Assembly should be held up within 30 days.
This judgment must be executed immediately. The sooner, the better for the country.
The PDK will continue to be part of the solution even further. May other parties act in the same spirit. Too much time left to give this case epilogue!
