The governor of Iran's northwestern province of eastern Azerbaijan has said 31 people have died there, including 30 military personnel and a member of the Iranian Red Zone.

Iran's state television has reported that 60 people, including 20 children, were killed in an Israeli attack on a building in Tehran.
Iran has yet to publish an official number of victims, reports BBC, broadcast Periscope.
The Iranian Red Moon says two people were killed in an attack on an ambulance in the northwestern province of western Azerbaijan.
