Becir Hoxha is sentenced to 4 years in prison and 5 thousand euros in fines, charged with paying 77 thousand euros to the injured

According to the indictment for allegations, the F.S. and its U.S. parent, being in serious financial condition and the need to invest in the family business, have demanded money from the accused Hoxha, and that on behalf of the F.S.-damaged file, the F.S has been forced to pay more than 78 thousand euros, reports “Betim for Justice” Periscope.
The indictment was proclaimed Wednesday by the chairman of the court, Allton Murseli.
The defendant Becir Hoxha with notes such as in the subject's paperwork is guilty of the criminal offence -- Fajdeja from Article 331, paragraph 3 concerning paragraph 1 Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”, Judge Murseli said.
Judge Murseli said that in the case the accused Hoxha cannot pay the fine of 5 thousand euros, this sentence could be turned into prison sentences, where for a day he is counted 20 euros in jail.
Also, the judge said that if accused Hoxha cannot pay back the amount of 77 thousand and 500 euros to the injured F.S., then his assets, worth equal to the value of damage in the above-mentioned amount, were confiscated.
Murseli said the accused is returned to the confiscated iPhone 11 pro-max phone, meanwhile confiscated the amount of money of 700 euros.
Judge Murseli stressed that the whole decision creates a warrant after the decision is made of definite form, while also announcing that disgruntled parties have the right to complaint after the Constitutional Court's decision in Pristina is accepted in writing.
In the announcement of the indictment, prosecutor Arjana Shajkovci was present, meanwhile, not the accused Hoxha nor his lawyer, Valdet Hoxha.
Otherwise, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren on November 6th 2023, near the Constitutional Court in Prizren, has filed charges against Becir Hoxha, who was charged with the criminal offence.
