Political stalemate in country: QUINT ambassadors reportedly attend Kurt's meeting

Although more than three months have passed since elections and nearly a month since the start of the Constituent session, the Kosovo Assembly has not yet been constitutionalised. Sunday failed the 14th attempt at forming this institution.
