According to him, his daughter's registration was refused after having Down Syndrome.
“Today, I felt a pain that I would never want to experience as a parent. The British School Institute of Kosovo refused to register my daughter, Nice, only because she has Down syndrome. It is disappointing that in 2025, in a society that claims involvement and equality, education institutions still do not open the doors to all children, regardless of their potential, their desire to learn, or their right to”, it is said in response.
Sopa, in his response to “Facebook” wrote that this is a call for reflection.
This is not just a personal matter. It is an open call for reflection to realize that disfellowshipping does not affect just one child or one family but hurts our entire society.
Children like Nice don't need mercy. They need opportunities, space, education, and equal treatment.
I hope this experience serves as an awareness for institutions that have not yet understood what it really means to engage”, he concluded. /Periscope/
