According to Lekaj, Albulen Hadziu's name is being used by VV as a tool to prevent institution creation, in an effort to restore power through crisis, follows Periscope.
“Vetevendosje is deliberately using Albulen Haxhiu's name to block the constitution. This is not a coincidence, but a deliberate strategy to fail to create institutions and bring the country into new elections,” said Lekaj.
He added that this behaviour constitutes abuse of democracy and a form of blackmail against the system and citizens.
