The country's president, Vjosa Osmani, has spoken after meeting with political party leaders for unblocking from political stalemate, reports Periscope.
Osmani said the non-compliance of the Parliament has affected the loss of millions of euros from the European Union.
” The main consequences keep our country, that's why I invited coalition carriers. Conditions among the fundamental principles provide that the principle of separation of powers is under values and preconditions, and one of the pillars is the strategy.
Today at the first meeting, I have encouraged them to work on implementing the constitutional principle to find common elections for the assembly's institution. The main subjects have been invited to this meeting and will later meet the leaders of non-US communities. This is just the first meeting, if you see it necessary next week I'll meet you individually.
This is not a government-building meeting. Discussions have been focused on the constitution. I have mentioned during the meeting that some of the consequences our country is facing include the unnecessary procrastination of resources from the EU Growth Plan, estimated close to 900m euros would be the profit if the Parliament ratified the agreement with the EU.
They showed good will to find choices to escape the crisis.
Political dialogue based on mutual respect is necessary”, Osmani said.
