Kosovo police for the search at the Ministry of Agriculture investigates: Computers, Phones, and Various Documents

Kosovo police have announced that during the search at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Agency, Agriculture Development Agency and the office of a private company on Tuesday has seized electronic equipment and various documents.

As reported in the 24-hour Kosovo Police report, in the action related to allegations of misuse of the contract for renting the animal waste plant, two persons have been interviewed, who have been released in regular procedure.

As confirmed by the prosecution, Minister Faton Peci and AUV Director Bekim Hoxha were interviewed. And in the report, the case has been named “the misuse of the official task”.

“Pristic / 19.07.2025 NN. In 27.05.2025, based on the Pristina Foundation Court's ordinance of the Special Investigation Unit, controls have been conducted in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, Food and Veterinary Agency, the office of a private company and the Agriculture Development Agency. Electronic devices (computers, phones), and various documents in accordance with the Court's ordinance have been seized during the check. Two Kosovo men have been interviewed, and after interviewing in the presence of prosecutors' ruling lawyers, they have been released in regular procedure”, the report said. /Periscopi/
