Jakaliu: Merz call for quick government formation, strong message for Kosovo to move forward

Former Kosovo Ambassador to Germany Skender Jakaliu, on the <x0 show. Info Magazine” in Klan Kosova said that Chancellor Merz's call for the quick formation of the government in Kosovo is a powerful message that without political stability and functional institutions cannot have sustainable development.

He added that Germany wants Kosovo to move forward on the road to European integration.

Adding that Chancellor Merz is a reminder for all political actors in Kosovo to act responsibly and maturely.

“Germania being one of the leading actors in the EU, the region and the Balkans, requires Kosovo to move forward on the path to European integration and create conditions for economic and social development, which are necessary for the welfare of citizens”.

A stable government will influence the improvement of the political climate, strengthening rule of law, advancing relations with international partners, and finally this call by Chancellor Merz is a reminder for all political actors in Kosovo to act responsibly and maturely, putting the interests of the country and citizens on personal and party interests.
