Including in drug trafficking and part of criminal groups, three Albanians extradited to Italy

Three Albanian citizens, involved in activities in the field of narcotics, individually or as part of criminal organisations, have been extradited to Italy.

As a result of co-ordinating operational action, between Interpol Tirana and Interpol Rome, the procedures for extradition from Albania, to Italy, Albanian citizens declared in international research, to Italy's account were finalised:

-Albert Koni, 51, after the Turin Court, in 2025, sentenced him to about 4 and a half years in prison for criminal work “production and selling narcotics” During 2017, he sold Cocaine narcotics in public areas, in Anga and Novara areas;

-R. A., 21, after the Milan Court, in 2024, assigned the security measure “Arrest to prison” for criminal work “Narcotics Trafficking”, conducted under the criminal organisation. He is charged that during the period 2022-2024, he was part of a criminal organization that trafficked to Milan, large quantities of narcotics;

- A. F., 39, after the Gennova Court, in 2024, has assigned the security measure to “Arrest to prison”, because it is charged under operation “Italian Police COOK 2020” for trafficking of narcotics and illegal weapons conducted under the criminal organisation. /Periscopi/
