The incumbent prime minister's yesterday warning that Kosovo is going into the process does not stand. Because as in space and politics there are no institutional vacuums, but there are specific loads. He who warms it up gets it, and of course February 9th, it's defined. Now it has to be implemented.
With the fact that we still don't have a political agreement for the government, I don't believe the election of the Speaker of the Parliament, nominated by the VV.
