Dehari: Without political agreement, the Parliament cannot be formed

Parliamentary Group LVV leader Avni Dehari of the Constituent Assembly has said he saw a political agreement he can't get off the blockade for the constitution. Dehari has asked all political subjects to call the reason. The vote for the constitution is not right, but [...]

Dehari has asked all political subjects to call the reason.

I'm just a technical builder because there's sometimes misunderstandings that you have it in your hand and why you're not running it. I am not allowed to impose either voting or voting, nor voting. It's done a little bit, citizens have the right to worry. You don't depend on just one subject, you should call all subjects to reason and make way. From this situation, it may be possible if party leaders agree to unlock it because the situation is not good to remain blocked, if they unlock it is good for us here who are in the Assembly, citizens and for Kosovo in general, Dehari said in Rtv21, Transmitt Periscope.

But, Dehari has disagreed with the parliamentary subjects' demands for changing candidate Albulen Haxhiu to lead parliament.

If it gets into such manifacts, it's up to the first subject, and they don't have the right to insist on the shift of Albulen Hadziu. Constitution of the House is everyone's detail, it's good to make way and then come to forming the government. If the government cannot be formed then they have the right to take over, Dehari said.

In the wake of finding a political solution among parliamentary parties, the leader of the constitutional session, Avni Dehari, says expectations are in President Vjosa Osmani, from which she expects the Constitutional Court to head with a request for exits from the blockade.

If consensus is reached, the solution is as fast as these sessions are being held, it would also conclude a session that would provide a solution. But if there is no political agreement to see even the president has the right to send him to the Constitutional Court. I expect, we all expect something like this unless an agreement is reached earlier. I wish there was a solution that didn't come. But if no agreement is found then all ways must be tried”, Dehari said.

Chief Dehari has also responded to criticism from political subjects, and not only has he exceeded the Parliament's regulation during the hearings.

The Parliament's Rregullation allows all kinds of ways then on April 16th I sent a letter to the president and she in her response demanded that we find solutions. If I fix it, even if it allows the secret and open voting to be proven. We have openly tried six times, and then I tried the other way. I'm not saying it's completely democratic. But the secret vote is more democratic than any other vote because the impact there is not directly, why not try this way. I think there's anger here because even with the verification of mandates we had a lot of problems, we didn't even get a vote of warrants, we didn't get an open vote, now we don't even vote in hiding. They complained in the media that every 48 of us are forced to come to the House for nothing which is so true. I invited them to hold the hearings once in the week, and that's why they said it was a violation of regulation”, Dehari said. /Periscope/
