He says even the election of president should be made by citizens.
According to him, the available “lock will receive epilogue one day. But if the political system remains unchanged, we have the blockades guaranteed in the future”.
His full response:
It says that every crisis/sphides is an option. In our case is the time to make the long-term change of part of the political system that political actions in Kosovo have turned into a source of crisis.
It would have been good to change:
1. President's choice is to be made by citizens, not by the Parliament.
2. The election of the Speaker of the Parliament to remove the monopoly of the largest parliamentary group, and to compete with many candidates where the winner is the candidate who wins the support of 61 MPs.
3. Ideal would also be changing part of the law on general elections, such as lowering the election threshold to 3%, as well as setting the natural threshold (1%) for independent candidates.
The current blockade will get epilogue one day. But if the political system remains unchanged, we have the blockades guaranteed in the future. /Periscopi/
