According to Dalip, people who have received international funds, including USAID funds, have consulted this report, stressing that already U.S.AID is closed.
“One aspect that should be taken into account is that a considerable portion of individuals interviewed or consulted for this report are representatives of very small organisations, often structured as individual initiatives (“one-man/eoman-sopher”), which are largely supported by international donors' funds, which, recently, have been significantly reduced (including the closure of USAID)”, Dali wrote.
