Microsoft cuts 3 percent of the workforce

Microsoft will cut 3 per cent of its global workforce by reducing the company's management structure. The cuts will affect all Microsoft teams, different levels and filters.

Through a statement the company said these cuts are necessary and they come by the large cuts of 2023, where 10,000 employees left.

Microsoft and other major companies are facing difficulties in unclear economic conditions due to US trade fees.

Massive layoffs have become common in recent years, while multinational companies are praising the necessary workforce after overemployed employment during the pandemic.
